Happy Holidays/New Year’s

Things have slowed down considerably over here due to Christmas-related festivities. Here in Germany, Christmas basically has the same status as Thanksgiving, so eating and entertaining the family were my main duties during the week (I think I did a good job at both). I was with my brother’s family in Munich – a beautiful city, visit it some time! – and as always it was tons of fun.* Now I’m bracing myself for New Year’s and an “official” trip to the U.S. right after that. I plan to “blog ahead” a bit this weekend and post the results incrementally while I’m out of town. One of my main resolutions for 2007 is to blog more… let’s see how that goes.
